Marcomms strategy

We like nothing better than gathering a senior management team and working together to build a marketing communications plan that will support the objectives of their high level business plan.

The organisational structure of large and smaller businesses alike often prevents this kind of co-creative process, but the outcome a coordinated plan for all offline and online, marketing and internal communications can be the catalyst for a healthier company as well as a more effective communications programme.

Internal communications: we could choose from many metaphors for corporate well-being, but if the organs are not functioning and the blood is not flowing through unclogged arteries, the prognosis for future corporate health is not ideal.

Our communications workshops often unearth unique internal communications challenges which we address as part of the strategic planning process, together with recommendations and implementation of the solution, working closely with client teams to improve corporate connectivity across all departments.
